You do not have to know the right plan or technical term to start a conversation.
Can I ask about just one service?
Yes. Start with the issue or service you want to review. There is no need to move everything together simply because several services share a domain, router or account.
Can you work with a setup from another provider?
An existing setup can be discussed. We need to identify service ownership, equipment, access and any contractual or technical limitations before agreeing what can change.
Why are there no standard prices on these pages?
The available connection, licence selection, equipment and setup work may differ. A quote should identify the actual service and the recurring and one-off charges before you commit.
Should I cancel my old provider now?
No. First confirm the replacement, account access and any number or data transfers. Cancellation should follow the agreed changeover plan.
What should I include in an enquiry?
Your business, town or suburb, current service, the change you want and any important timing. Keep passwords and sensitive records out of an enquiry form.
